We’ve designed our building with sustainability at its heart, making conscious choices that reduce our environmental impact without compromising comfort.
Our entire building features energy recovery ventilation (ERV) in all guest rooms and common areas, supported by a sealed building system and an integrated Building Management System (BMS) to optimise performance and efficiency.
Throughout the property, LED lighting and double-glazed windows enhance energy savings, while under-slab and high-performance insulation help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures year-round. A 100kW solar array supplies renewable energy, complemented by EV charging stations for guests.
Water-saving shower heads and mindful water use practices round out our commitment to sustainability. From the materials we choose to the systems we rely on, everything has been thoughtfully designed to tread lightly on the planet.

Whether you're planning a long lunch or an evening celebration, our semi-private dining space is ideal for seated groups of up to 30 guests looking for a more casual evening.

Smaller group? Franca’s also offers a cosy private dining room perfect for more intimate celebrations of up to 10 guests. Whether it’s a special birthday, a long-overdue catch-up, or a private business lunch, our intimate spaces offer a warm, elegant setting with the same thoughtful service and attention to detail just in a more relaxed and personal atmosphere.

For a hassle‑free option, ask about our house‑made celebration cakes.
If you choose to bring your own cake, it will be stored by the hotel; we can’t verify ingredients, preparation, or allergens and accept no liability for illness or reactions.
The cake is for your party only. Candles allowed; no sparklers.
